McDonald’s is making its biggest change to the Big Mac in decades, with adjustments also extending to other burgers.
These changes, set to roll out soon, aim to enhance flavor and juiciness. Onions will now be placed atop patties while grilling for extra taste, and beef searing methods will be altered. According to the restaurant, these tweaks will result in “the most delicious burgers yet.”
Gareth Pearson, McDonald’s UK&I Chief Restaurant Officer, highlighted the importance of these improvements as the company approaches its 50th anniversary. The changes have already debuted in the USA and Australia, with the UK launch scheduled for mid-March.
Pearson emphasized the investment in kitchen technology and the retraining of 177,000 crew members to ensure the best customer experience. Excited about the revamped Big Mac? Share your thoughts and get ready to taste the upgrade!
