Tattoos were much more widely spread in the past than we tend to think. Charles Darwin wrote in his works that all countries of the past practiced tattooing or some other form of permanent body decoration. Nowadays, we can see them pretty often, too, because people use this art form as a creative outlet and to remember important events of their lives.
We at Now I’ve Seen Everything prepared a compilation of tattoos that have great stories behind them.
