Govind Sandhu, a TikTok executive known for his role as Head of Global Music Partnerships, recently took to social media to share some heartbreaking news. Despite being in good health and completing a half marathon, he has been diagnosed with stage four cancer.

He shared that his health started declining just a day after finishing the Sydney Half Marathon, when he noticed his knee was swollen. Initially, he thought it was a running injury, but soon he experienced severe body aches, sweats, and flu-like symptoms.

Govind’s health continued to deteriorate over a span of four weeks, prompting him to seek medical help. Multiple visits to the doctor, along with blood tests, scans, and biopsies, provided a clearer picture of his condition. The doctors also found some abnormalities near his pancreas and heart, though his heart seems to be okay for now.
