Adele has confirmed her engagement to her boyfriend, Rich Paul.
The superstar announced the news during her concert in Munich on Friday night.
In a clip from the concert, a fan asked her to marry them, and she responded, “I can’t; I’m already getting married.”
The confirmation comes after it was reported that Rich had proposed to the singer in July.
According to The Sun, the songstress immediately said “yes” before she FaceTimed her friends and family to share the news.
A source said, “Rich planned for the proposal to be in her hometown and gave her an incredible four-carat diamond ring.”
“They celebrated with champagne at Chiltern Firehouse the following evening.”
The 36-year-old previously sparked speculation the pair were already married, after referring to Rich as her “husband” on stage.
The insider continued: “Adele thinks it’s hilarious that fans reckon they’re already married.
“It’s been an in-joke. Now everyone is joking that she could make the ultimate wedding singer.”
Adele started dating Rich in 2021 following her split from her ex-husband Simon Konecki, with whom she shares her 11-year-old son Angelo.
Last year, Adele broke down in tears at her Las Vegas residency as she told her fans that she was “desperate for another baby”.
She said at the time: “I really want to be a mum again soon… I’ve actually been writing a list of baby names.”
While Adele is a mother-of-one, Rich has three children of his own – including a daughter in college.
