Sandra Bullock is preparing to return to the spotlight after a two-year absence. Sandra has gradually returned to the entertainment world and the public spotlight since her longtime companion, Bryan Randall, died of ALS in August 2023. A source told *Us Weekly* that Sandra is “enthusiastic about the future” and “prepared to play once more.”

Sandra, who turns 60 on July 26, was last spotted on July 12 in Beverly Hills, smiling at the photographers. Sandra, who has appeared in over 50 films, including *Miss Congeniality* and *The Blind Side*, said in March 2022 that she would be taking a break from acting.

Sandra is now slated to play alongside Nicole Kidman in *Practical Magic 2*, the sequel to the 1998 cult classic. According to a source, Sandra is “really excited” about the project and looking forward to spending time with Nicole.

Sandra is “open to the possibility” of dating again in the future while she continues to focus on her children and healing from Bryan’s death. Despite the hurdles, she is gradually returning to the life and work she enjoys.
