As he shared his journey on YouTube, one question lingered: What would happen to his physique after eating 720 eggs every day for 30 days?

Dr. Norwitz went above and beyond traditional nutritional restrictions to provide the groundwork for his experiment. He ate 24 eggs every day for a total of 720 eggs over the course of a month, exceeding typical protein intake guidelines.His investigation revealed that such a high-cholesterol meal had no significant effect on his LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol, also known as “bad” cholesterol.

Cholesterol is an essential nutrient that supports numerous body activities, including cell formation, hormone generation, and vitamin D synthesis. While the body creates the majority of its cholesterol, it also gets some from meals like eggs, beef, and dairy.

Contrary to popular assumption, consuming cholesterol-rich foods such as eggs may not significantly elevate blood cholesterol levels in most people. The body tightly regulates cholesterol, with fats and carbs exerting a greater influence than dietary cholesterol itself.
