Charlie Sheen & Denise Richards’ Daughter, Lola, ‘Looks Like Her Dad’ as She Turns 19: ‘Absolutely Gorgeous’

Lola Sheen, the daughter of Hollywood legends Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, recently celebrated her 19th birthday. Her mother, Denise, shared a heartfelt picture of her on her special day.

She captioned the birthday post with touching words, “Happy birthday my Lola!!! I love you so much & I am so proud of you. I can’t believe you are 19! You have a heart so compassionate with unconditional love. I love you so much my Loleee you are such an angel to all of us. Happy birthday we love you❤️”

In response, Lola expressed her gratitude and love for her mother, writing, “Awwww mom this is so sweet. I’m so thankful for you I love you more than anything I’m so blessed to have you [sic].”

The post garnered an outpouring of love and admiration from fans and followers. Many couldn’t help but notice Lola’s striking resemblance to her famous father. “Happy Birthday. She looks like her dad now,” one fan commented. Another added, “Looks like Charlie.”

A third fan remarked, “She is absolutely gorgeous. Those Sheen genes are strong because your kids look just like Martin. They favor their daddy, but they really look like their grandpa.”

The comment was referring to Martin Sheen, a multiple Emmy and Golden Globe winner. He is also one of America’s most celebrated and accomplished actors. Born in 1940, Martin has left a significant legacy in the entertainment industry, which clearly runs in the family.

58-year-old Charlie Sheen was notorious for his drug and alcohol abuse. The “Two and a Half Men” alum was often in headlines for something he had done while under the influence of a substance.

However, one morning in 2017, he knew he needed to turn his life around. The actor’s daughter, Sami, needed to get to an appointment, but Charlie was too intoxicated to take her, so he had to ask his friend to drive them both to the meeting.

Although they got to the appointment, Charlie sat in the car’s back seat, knowing his daughter would wonder why her father wasn’t driving her to the appointment, which “broke [his] heart.” When he got home that day, he decided to get sober.

The actor, who had already quit drugs before that morning, stopped drinking cold turkey and has not looked back since. In January, Charlie celebrated six years of sobriety as his primary focus was raising his 14-year-old sons, Bob and Max.

Talking about his journey, he shared, “I think the first month I was like, I’m going to [have to] give it a month, just see if I feel any better, and if my interactions with those that are closest to me improve. And they did. And I’m like, all right, I’m going to go another month. And then it got traction. I had momentum.”

While celebrating six years of sobriety was incredibly important to Charlie, his children were his main priority. The actor has five children, three of whom he cares for alone. Sami, Charlie and Denise’s eldest daughter, also moved in with her father in 2021, as he had custody of her and her sister, Lola.

The Hollywood icon is now cautiously re-entering the public eye, gauging how ready his audience is for his return to the limelight. He recently made a guest appearance, playing himself, in Chuck Lorre’s latest dark comedy series, “Bookie,” featuring Sebastian Maniscalco.

Charlie expressed enthusiasm about returning to acting, saying he focused on bringing his viewers joy through his performances. And now, although his life looks much different than it used to, he says he is finally happy.
