The family asked fans not to guess how Lucy died.
Based on the report from the county medical examiner, Lucy-Bleu Knight died at a private home in Los Angeles County. However, no more information about the cause of death has been made public.
After her family made the news public, a picture with a vague message showed up on her Instagram account, @lulubleuu.
A lot of friends, family, and fans reacted to Slash’s tribute post with their condolences. In a formal statement, Knight’s family asked people not to make assumptions about how he died.
“The family asks for privacy at this time and asks that social media rumors be kept to a minimum while they grieve and process the terrible loss,” the statement said.
Before the news came out, Slash, who is now 59 years old, told his fans that “unforeseen circumstances” had caused him to cancel some shows on his “S.E.R.P.E.N.T Festival” tour.
