Michael Phelps, one of the best Olympians ever, continues to captivate people with his sports and personal lives.

Phelps, a sports superstar, has won 28 Olympic medals, including a record 23 golds, for his swimming skills.

Born June 30, 1985, in Baltimore, Maryland, Phelps began swimming at an early age and became one of the world’s most accomplished athletes. His aquatic supremacy, especially at the Olympics, made him a unique champion.

Usain Bolt, Carl Lewis, and Nadia Comaneci are typically considered the best Olympians.

In terms of medals, Phelps is alone. He has 23 gold medals, more than most Olympians, including several swimmers.

Except for Mark Spitz, Matt Biondi, and Jenny Thompson, no swimmer has matched Phelps’ gold medal total.

Phelps is loved worldwide for more than his swimming achievements.

Many of his Instagram followers call him their “idol” and “legend.” Some even claim to having a “crush” or being “obsessed” with the player.

The public has noticed Phelps’ personal life as well as his athletic career. During the ESPY Awards, where he won for Best Record-Breaking Performance and Best Male U.S. Olympic Athlete, Phelps expressed his delight about celebrating with his family. Phelps met Nicole Johnson at the awards ceremony almost a decade ago.

Though beautiful, Johnson has always supported Phelps. Her dedication to their shared passions as a Michael Phelps Foundation Ambassador since 2015 is evident.

Johnson, a model and beauty pageant winner, was Miss California USA in 2010, citing VC Star. She was a runner-up in Miss California National Teenager 2004 and made the top 15 in her first Miss California USA attempt in 2006.

Fans have noticed Johnson’s beauty through Phelps’ social media posts. Many admirers call her “cute,” “pretty,” and “absolutely beautiful.” Fans love the couple’s strong bond and attractive beauty, as much as Phelps’ athletic legacy.

Johnson helps Phelps with anxiety and sadness beyond appearances. Phelps has spoken openly about his mental health struggles and thanked his wife for her constant support.

“No one could support me like she has. She binds us together, Phelps told Today.

Phelps and Johnson have four sons: Boomer, Beckett, Maverick, and Nico.

As Phelps inspires with his Olympic achievements, his life with Johnson and their children shows his evolution as an athlete and a family guy.
