Richard Gere has made a rare red carpet appearance with his wife, and the pair could not be cuter together.
The actor, 74, has been married to Spanish activist Alejandra Silva, 41, since 2018 after his divorce from his second wife, model and actress Carey Lowell, who is the mother of his eldest son Homer, 24, was finalized. His first marriage was to supermodel Cindy Crawford between 1991 and 1995.
Richard and Alejandra have been happily married for six years, and the couple are parents to two sons, aged four and five.

The annual fundraiser raises money for one of the world’s first food rescue organizations, which was founded in 1982.
The charity event was held at Cipriani 42nd Street and was hosted by Taye Diggs, with honorees including John Legend and Alex Cohen, according to Page Six, and Richard and Alejandra happily posed together for photographers.
The Pretty Woman actor, 74, was seen wearing a sharp navy blue suit with a pale blue shirt underneath, while his wife, 41, opted for a black mesh dress with a sheer bodice and spaghetti straps, paired with a silver glittery clutch, leaving her hair in loose waves.
Richard lovingly put his arm around his wife’s waist as the notoriously private couple posed for photographs and spoke to reporters before heading in to take their seats.
The couple mostly keep their relationship out of the spotlight, and rarely share any photographs of their children. They have also yet to reveal the youngest’s name publicly, while their five-year-old is known to be named Alex.
While Richard was married twice before, Alejandra was also married to businessman Govind Friedland from 2012 until 2015, and the exes co-parent a 10-year-old son called Albert.

Cindy Crawford, 58, recently spoke about her marriage to Richard, saying in the series The Supermodel last year: “I just think your 20s for women is such a time where you’re starting to come into your own and feel your own power and connect to your inner strength.
“He was older, so I just was like in a different circle and not doing some of those same fashiony things anymore,” adding that at the time she found she was “willing to kind of mold” herself to fit in with her husband, who was 17 years her senior.
Richard and Alejandra had been longtime family friends before they got together as a couple, but reportedly reconnected when Richard stayed at one of the hotels Alejandra’s family owns in Positano, Italy, in 2014.
He told Spanish magazine HOLA! about why he decided to get married for the third time, explaining: “I have found the quiet and happy life that I have always sought.”
