Salma Hayek – who has long been known for being one of the most beautiful women on the planet – has finally shared her secrets to her ageless appearance.
Earlier this month, Hayak turned 58 years old – however, you wouldn’t believe it from the stunning “bikini dump” she shared to Instagram in order to celebrate the occasion.
And it wasn’t long before the actress’ 28.9 million followers gushed over the star’s timeless beauty, with one person writing: “58 is the new 28 apparently”.
“How is this woman almost 60? HOW?! Good grief! Absolutely STUNNING,” another added.
And a third wrote: “How the hell are you 58??? My goodness woman! Happy birthday!”
Yes, the star’s ageless looks regularly captivate fans on social media, where she is no stranger to sharing a swimsuit photo or two.
While you may assume that she spends every waking hour in the gym to maintain her perfect hourglass shape, Salma’s adamant that working out isn’t part of what keeps her looking so great.
In fact, it’s a whole lot simpler (and less sweaty) than that – she credits her great looks to meditation over anything else.
Salma revealed to ET last year that meditation is, apparently, the true fountain of youth, as she explained: “I really believe it is. People say it’s exercising. I think it’s meditation.
“You have to find your way. For me, exercising is hard… It’s really, really difficult to have the discipline to do it. But meditation is a walk in the park, because it’s my own form of it.”
She added that it doesn’t take any special form of meditation to have an effect, explaining: “You sit in a moment with yourself, that’s already meditation. But I do it every day.”
As well as the stunning photo carousel, Hayek also shared a photo of her celebrating her birthday with a cake, captioning the post: “Thank you for all the love, blessings, and the beautiful birthday wishes. I treasure them in my heart.”
As well as sharing her beauty secrets, Salma also opened up about her ongoing friendship with Angelina Jolie – another seemingly ageless star.
While appearing at the Toronto International Film Festival last year to promote her movie, El Sabor de la Navidad, she opened up to ET on the red carpet about her years-long friendship with Angelina Jolie
“[We grow] closer and closer. And it’s just natural. It’s just something that flows,” she said.

Salma also added: “She’s been very, very enriching in my life, in so many ways – as mothers, you know. Most of all, as artists.”
She also told Deadline in 2022 after working with Angelina on Without Blood: “She is the best director I’ve ever worked with… I absolutely loved working with her; enjoyed every second of it.”
The two stars also appeared together in the Marvel more The Eternals.
