This audition is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.
Seven-year-old Shaney-Lee shares her southwest England farm with hens, goats, and horses, among other creatures. Of course, he adores western and country music. Given his love of the countryside, John Denver’s performance of “Take Me Home, Country Roads” was the perfect fit for his blind audition on “The Voice Kids” UK.

The judge will at some point.”Have you ever ridden a horse?” I asked. Shaney-Lee confidently remarked, “I rode here today.” This little touch enhanced the magnetism he’d shown onstage earlier.

From the moment he stepped onto the stage, the audience was enthralled by his lovely appearance. The judges were going to learn about his singing prowess, but they could already see how cute he was.

“That is the cutest voice I’ve ever heard,” declared Judge Danny Jones. Then he started to sing, “Take me home, country roads, life is old there, older than the trees, younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze.”

The crowd as a whole was enthralled. Within the first twenty seconds, they were standing, clapping, and some of them even started crying.

Shaney-Lee’s charming demeanor stood out among the 7–14 year olds on “The Voice Kids” UK. His mother describes him as “definitely an older person in a little man’s body.”

Eventually, Pixie Lott could take no more cuteness and had to let it show.
