Taylor Rousseau Grigg has tragically died at the young age of 25.
The internet personality had a large following of over 1.4 million on TikTok and was known for her positive energy.
News of Taylor’s passing has been confirmed by her husband, Cameron Grigg, who shared a heartfelt post on Instagram.
Tributes are pouring in on social media following confirmation of the devastating news.
“Bless her heart and her family,” one person pens. “Too young.”
A second simply states: “Rest in heaven, beautiful.”
“My sincere condolences to her family. May she rest in peace,” writes a third.
In an emotional message, Taylor’s husband expressed his disbelief and sorrow at losing her.
Cameron penned: “No one ever expects to have to deal with this kind of pain and heartache, especially at our age.
“This past year Taylor has dealt with more pain and suffering than most people do in a lifetime. And in spite of that, she still has been such a light and always brought joy to everyone around her.”
He continued: “She is the most brave and strong woman I know, and her confidence in the Lord outweighed every other circumstance she’s faced, even in her darkest hours.
“I know she’s saved my life and so many others out there.”
At the time of Cameron’s post, Taylor’s body was being kept alive by machines to keep her ‘organs viable for donation,’ which he noted was something she would have wanted.
He added: “More than anything Taylor would want to know that she’s continuing to save people’s lives even after she’s gone from this world.”
Cameron also expressed comfort in the fact his wife was no longer suffering, adding: “She’s no longer in pain, but her body has been made whole in Jesus’ name. We can praise God that she will endure no more suffering and she is truly set free from these earthly chains!
“SHE’S BEEN MADE WHOLE AND PERFECT!”
Elsewhere in the tribute, Cameron revealed that as Taylor’s death was ‘so sudden and unexpected,’ her family was not financially prepared.
He explained: “A friend set up a GoFundMe for anyone who would like to contribute.
“And even if you can’t contribute financially, prayers for our family are always needed. I’ll share the link and really appreciate if y’all would share it as well.
“I love y’all. Taylor loves y’all. Thank you for all the support and kind words during this time.”
The GoFundMe page, created to help ease the family’s financial burden, also pays tribute to Taylor.
The fundraiser’s bio reads: “It is with our deepest condolences that we acknowledge the passing of Taylor, who has now spread her wings. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
“At this time we would appreciate everyone’s respect and privacy for our family.”
The bio also says a benefit event is being planned in Taylor’s honor, with further details yet to be announced.
Taylor celebrated her 25th birthday in September, just weeks before her passing.
In a TikTok video titled ‘Spend my bday with me,’ the internet personality documented her day, which included a brunch with her husband and a visit to a local Target.
Following Taylor’s sudden death, Cameron has revealed he’s dedicated to honoring her memory and plans to complete their travel scrapbook.
In one extract from the scrapbook, the TikTok star had written (per Us Weekly): “There is no person in this world I would rather travel the world with than my handsome boyfriend.
“So, I made this book so we can document all of our adventures!! If I remember you said we should make an adventure book like ‘the old couple’ on Up.
“So, here’s ours but let’s make it ‘Cam and Tay’s Adventures.”
Taylor and Cameron’s love story reportedly began in 2021 when they connected through social media.
After one year of dating, the couple became engaged. They tied the knot in August 2023.
Taylor’s cause of death has yet to be confirmed.
