Tori Spelling recently transitioned into a new phase of her life with her five children, moving into a lavish rental home in Woodland Hills. The move comes after Spelling fled from her old home due to a mold infestation.
Tori Spelling finally found a sanctuary for her family in a contemporary two-story house that encapsulates both luxury and comfort for her and her five children.

The fully furnished residence boasts of modern architecture, spans over 3,000 square feet and features five bedrooms and three baths. The interior boasts a large staircase and entryway, adorned with a lavish chandelier and complemented by hardwood floors throughout
The pet-friendly home also has a pool and spa, ideal for the family to enjoy during the hot valley summers. In addition, the home’s kitchen is equipped with two ovens, double sinks, and has appliances, a garage, and central air.
Nestled in the west San Fernando Valley, Spelling is renting it for $15,000 a month, along with a $7,500 security deposit for the short-term rental.
Spelling’s Woodland Hills rental came nearly a year after she was forced to leave her previous posh Hidden Hills rental due to a mold issue that adversely affected the health of her children. The severity of the situation was such that it led to multiple visits to urgent care, as Spelling detailed in a heartfelt Instagram post.

“You just keep getting sick, one infection after another. Respiratory infections. Extreme allergy like symptoms too and like my poor Finn skin rashes as well,” she revealed. “Everyone getting swabbed and first up Finn with Strep throat and high fever of 103.”
Spelling moving into a motel and RV with her kids, Liam, Stella, Hattie, Finn, and Beau. During their RV stint, her family was photographed sitting on lawn chairs surrounded by camping equipment, including a cooler, stove, and foldable table.

“Grateful we have renters insurance. We’d be lost how to tackle this without. And, special non shout out to our public school district for repeatedly not believing our kids were as sick as they’ve been continually,” she concluded her post.

Spelling and McDermott first stopped sleeping in the same bedroom in 2023 due to the actress’ love for animals, including a pig and chicken. The couple was married for 17 years.
