Pamela Anderson, the star of the hit television program Baywatch, recently underwent a dramatic makeover and redefined herself as a natural beauty after years of maintaining a hectic lifestyle.
Anderson, 56, defied the stereotype of a sex symbol that had characterized her for many years by showing up to Paris Fashion Week in 2023 without makeup.
The gorgeous model and actor dazzled on the red carpet in an all-white outfit that had a loose-fitting top, wide-leg leggings, and a cream-colored blazer draped over her shoulders. Little silver stud earrings completed the ensemble, and her hair was pulled back into a low ponytail to accentuate her natural beauty.
In an interview with Allure, Anderson says her outward appearance was a lie about who she really is.
“My name [suggests] a bad image when taken out of context. I like to call these “Halloween costumes” that I’ve worn on my trip from Playboy to Baywatch. Now that I’ve returned to my place of self-acceptance and self-love, I just feel like it’s okay. Anderson states, “[What I’m into today] is an intentional choice.
But her appearance was altered in more ways than one.
Canadian girl
Anderson, who was previously married to rock stars Tommy Lee, Kid Rock, and the drummer for Mötley Crüe, left the bustle of Hollywood a few years ago and returned to her native Canada.
Anderson, a vegan and PETA representative, refurbished the picturesque Vancouver Island beach house she had bought from her grandparents over thirty years prior while she was there.
Anderson posts on Instagram, “It celebrates the magic of scenic settings where nature always has a proud seat at the table.”
Her early years were spent on this six-acre property, which is situated on the strait dividing the island from British Columbia’s mainland.
Her parents owned one of the nine wooden cabins that her grandfather built on the property many years ago; it was one of the eight that were demolished.
“Castle of the Mermaid”
Anderson, who played the Tool Time Girl in the sitcom Home Improvement in the 1990s, had ambitious ambitions for her own house’s rustic and “sexy” renovations: “I want something crazy, seductive, and wild! This is my mermaid castle, and I am a mermaid.
Her love of the outdoors and carefree attitude are reflected in the “cheap and cheerful makeover” of the property, which now features sweeping gardens and a barn.
The historic pier was restored with a pavilion, enabling the actor to eat al fresco overlooking the glistening lake. The boathouse is now a lakefront residence.
“Life is laundry.”
Anderson moved into The Roadhouse, a former tiny shop used by visitors staying in the vacation cabins, while the area was being renovated.
The woman, who claims that doing laundry is both her “happy place” and “life,” was forced to give up her “self-care ritual” and prioritize creating a laundry room.
In an Instagram promotional video, Anderson says, “It has to be done, might as well make it fun.” I see it as a chance to sort of retreat and spend time alone oneself. It is contemplative.
Following Anderson’s disclosure, fans had a lot to say: “I thought I was the only one who loved to wash laundry! When you jump into bed on a gorgeous sunny day, hanging the sheets on the line is heaven!
A second writes: “She is one of the very few women who makes me feel at peace while scrolling social media…,” in response to the video in which she appears nearly angelic in all white.adore her style.
“A lovely soul”
Fans seem to love her even more now than they did when she first on television some 35 years ago, based on comments left on her social media accounts.
“At 53, I still feel like the woman we all hoped to be when I was 25. GORGEOUS soul, exclaims a fan.
“You’re so gorgeous! Another says, “I appreciate you showcasing your inherent beauty and self-love and bringing it mainstream.
A third says, “Good for her,” mentioning Anderson’s property. With grandmother, right there. Is the love there for you to feel?
One more says, “Beautiful…She is deserving of all happiness. She returned home, to her haven.
