Milla Jovovich explained the metamorphosis on her social networks. The actress distanced herself from the public to devote time to her loved ones.
The 48-year-old star of the film “Resident Evil” is happily married to director Paul Anderson. The couple has three daughters: Ever, Dashiell and Oshin. Mila combines motherhood and filming. However, not long ago, Jovovich unexpectedly deleted most of the publications on the page and stopped appearing online.
After a break, the actress returned to social networks. She explained that she decided to devote more time to both work and loved ones. It turned out that Mila was busy working on a new film. The actress spoke about this with her usual sense of humor.
“Hey everyone! I’ve been asked recently why I cleaned up my page and where I’ve been lately. Well, long story short, shot two movies this year, probably a third before Christmas. We moved and it’s been a lot of work. But more than anything, I’m trying to be a part of my community. I’ve been focusing on being the best unpaid Uber driver for my kids between school and dance, music, gymnastics together. I’ve been crazy busy, as any mom will understand,” Mila explained.
At the same time, the movie star admitted that heavy thoughts did not pass her by. The actress who played in the blockbuster “The Fifth Element” decided to fight them not only mentally, but also physically. For this, she arranged a digital detox.
“I realized that at 48, I had changed so much from who I was before, I needed to start from scratch to become this me, the real me. I did a lot of stretching and deep breathing to cope with stress, and honestly, social media was adding to my stress.
“You need content, you need content, and I’ve had enough. I’ve lost a lot of followers because I took a long break, but I’m okay with that because I want to enjoy the little time I have here,” Jovovich said.
The actress spends time with the girls. Mila has made many paper dolls for them. According to the star, her youngest daughter is impressed by the character Wednesday Addams. Jovovich assured that life is in full swing not only for her, but also for her daughters.
“I had a great time with my family, Dad lets the girls dress him up and do his hair. The eldest got a black belt in taekwondo and is now learning jiu jitsu.
Cooking, organizing, and taking my time, I’m out and about, working to just breathe, trying to relax and enjoy my incredible family and the wonderful community I’m a part of now! Sending love,” Milla added. She shared some touching photos from her time away from the web.
